Housing Benefit

The most Housing Benefit you can get is the same as your eligible rent. This may not he the same as your full rent. The rates used to work out your Housing Benefit payment are generally the same as the allowances and premiums that make up Income Support and income-based Jobseeker's Allowance (JSA). There are a few exceptions.
